I really haven't quite got the knack of blogging... yet.

I had loads to say in the last 2 weeks or so, but too poorly to blog it, now i'm 'here' and the old machine is...blank. I really need to reach a balance.
Stay away hot and humid weather - you have stolen my reason and resolve!.
Oh... I woke up at 4.40am with the worst sensation in my heel (towards end sciatic nerve?) throbbing itching nerve - utterly painful and when relieved some time after 5am i could not, could not sleep. Suppose it could have been worse... usually it goes all the way to big toe!
Eventually I got up at 9am and have been twittering and tv surfin, still bleary tho.
